On October 19, a remote meeting of the XXIV International Youth Forum “Radio Electronics and Youth in the XXI Century” of the section “Electronic, Laser and Biomedical Engineering” was held. The forum, which was scheduled for April, was held remotely.
The meeting was attended by teachers, graduate students and students of the Faculty of ELBI, and for the first time, students and teachers of secondary schools were involved. All speakers presented their works at a high technical and scientific level. From the department reports with their scientific results were presented by the 3rd year students of the BIBMI-18-1 group Olga Isaeva and Anastasia Kovaleva.
Thanks for organizing and conducting the meeting is expressed to the head and moderators of the section, professor of the MEEPP department Tatyana Strelkva and teachers Evgeny Gorbenko and Alexander Kalmykov.
Also, a remote session of the section “Software development for a hardware platform” was held within the framework of the exhibition of technical creativity of youth of the XXIV International Youth Forum “Radio Electronics and Youth in the XXI Century.” Students of the SMiM-19-1 group Evgenia Cherkasova and Valentin Lebedev presented their developments. Evgenia Cherkasova’s “Device for the correction of visual impairments in children” took the honorable third place among all developments, and Valentin Lebedev worthily presented his prototype of a device for taking medications.
