On behalf of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy Acting Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Serhiy Shkarlet solemnly presented diplomas and honorary badges to our laureates of the State Prize of Ukraine in Education 2019 – Professors Oleg Avrunin, Igor Nevlyudov, Valery Semenets and Alexander Filipenko for the work “Integrated information and educational environment and rehabilitation measures to ensure equal access to quality education for persons with special educational needs ”in the nomination“ Vocational education ”. The ceremony took place in the meeting room of the board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. Other members of the group of authors received diplomas and honorary badges by proxy.
