A scientific and practical conference was held with
international participation “Medical and psychological aspects of rehabilitation and habilitation IN THE EPOCH OF TURBULENCE”,
which was carried out on the basis of the State Institution “Scientific and Practical Medical Rehabilitation and Diagnostic Center” (Ukraine, Donetsk region, Konstantinovka).

The purpose of the conference is to highlight modern information and technical technologies for the diagnosis and rehabilitation of various human pathologies;
theoretical conceptualization and practical recommendations for medical and psychological rehabilitation and habilitation of persons affected by emergency situations,
their children and families; analysis and search for ways to solve psychological and social contradictions of the integration information impact on the personality
in turbulence conditions.

The conference, which, like last year, is held in a remote format, was attended by scientists of the department with topics related to the development of
technical means of medical diagnostics and rehabilitation.

The head of the department, Professor Oleg Avrunin, made a welcoming speech, who thanked the organizers of the conference for holding such an event,
wished the conference participants fruitful work and exchange of interesting ideas, emphasized the relevance of research and the role of modern biomedical
engineering and information technology with a shift in focus in preventive and rehabilitative approaches, new challenges such as recovery
of the musculoskeletal system after lesions and respiratory-olfactory means of diagnosis and rehabilitation in case of loss of smell after transferring the COVID-19 disease.
