A scientific report on the joint Ukrainian-German research project “3D-model. Implementation of rapid prototyping technologies for modeling the upper respiratory tract in normal health and in typical pathologies” was preliminary approved at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

The work on the third stage of the project was carried out remotely on the equipment of the BMI department at KNURE and the Institute of Multiphase Processes of the University
them. Leibniz Hannover using immersive video technology and virtual environment to demonstrate results with maximum realism
perception. Constantly (weekly) online seminars and videoconferences were held between researchers of the scientific groups of professors Oleg Avrunin (KNURE) and
Birgit Glasmacher (Leibniz University). During the reporting period of the third stage in 2021, 4 scientific articles were published and accepted for publication, of which
two articles of the quartile Q2 (according to the Scimago journal ranking), a scientific monograph and 6 abstracts of reports at scientific conferences were published.
The work on such a project allows domestic scientists to gain a wide experience of real scientific international cooperation, to attract students to research and implement the results in the preparation of applicants for the second and third levels of education.
