The official opponent of the dissertation work “Video polarimetric system for image analysis films of blood plasma in the evaluation of pathologies of the mammary glands” was made by the head of the department, Professor Oleg Avrunin.

The dissertation is devoted to increasing reliability of diagnosing pathologies of the mammary glands by improving the method of Jones-matrix mapping due to intellectualized decision support systems.
In particular, Professor Oleg Avrunin noted that a biotechnical system was created in the work, image processing was carried out and intelligent analysis of diagnostic data.
